It has since been reposted.The scenes drew widespread anger from the city business community as being an “unfair reflection of the city” and a minority of lawless thugs.At one point in the footage, the row spills out on to the main road, stopping traffic as others circle around the protagonists.Shoppers are seen moving into doorways to avoid the incident while others stop and video the action on their mobile phones.The two men who were understood to be “settling a score”, were left bloodied and bruised as they walked away after a few minutes.The video drew the attention of Gardaí and the two men were arrested and detained at Henry Street Garda Station last week before being released without charge.A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
